Hi,
My husband is brazilian who'se been living in the UK for the last 12 years. I hold an EU passport. I am going to give birth to our baby in Brazil where he is gonna get a brazilian passport. Can we bring our child back to the UK without any visa so that I can arrange for him to get dual citizenship and get him a EU passport? Is it possible that they will not let a 1 month old baby to enter with the parents?
