US born kid

Post by man4uni » Sat Nov 16, 2013 8:00 pm

Hi,

Just a brief background - My kid was born in US and came to the UK same year. I applied for his Tier-1 dependent then ILR (when I was eligible). So currently he is on ILR (same as me).

I would like to know if I can apply for his naturalization with my AN application (due in 2 weeks) or with his mother's (which is due after few months) ?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you read the FAQ before posting?

See Q1 in Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting - children.

Why don't you apply together with your wife in a few months, when both you and her satisfy the standard requirements?

There are some savings in fees for a joint adult applications.
