T1G Dependant (Spouse) to apply for T1E

I am not sure if this question has already been addressed before.

Can a T1G Dependant (Spouse) apply for a T1 Entrepreneur visa inside the UK and without losing the validity of her T1G dependant visa if T1E application is refused? Much appreciate a reply from experts.
