My cousin has recently been refused entry for a visit visa to the uk.
This is the second time now he has been refused.
He applied from Bangladesh, and he is self employed running his own mobile phone shop.
So last year he was refused, on teh basis of only submitting his business accounts and no personal financial statements. We did try appeal the decision but the appeal failed.
After this he opened a personal account and has been using that since.
This year his he has been refused becuase he submitted his personal statments but not business accounts.
In bangladesh, being a third world country obviously keeping seperate accounts for business and personal for a small mobile phone shop is really not required. Its a cash society and there really is not much need for 2 accounts. The entry clearance officers cited the source of funds as the reason for refusal.
I guess i have two questions:
1.) is it possible to appeal this decision
2.)How do we make the entry clearance officer appreciate the full extent of the financial situation for this person.
I hope that helps.
