Chances of sucess, I don't meet residence requirements

Post by john012 » Tue Nov 19, 2013 1:53 pm

my timeline
First arrived mid 1989
spent the next 5 years mainly in Europe
ILR granted November 1994
Married UK citizen 2000
Since August 2012 working mainly in France, home at weekends.
I have a lot more than 90 days outside UK in the last 12 months. probably 180 days outside UK.

I am OK on the 3 year and 5 year residence
Is there any way that my citizenship application might succeed.

Have you entered UK recently on a visit visa or a visit-visa waiver?
