Hi everyone,

Could you please update your status after your appeal has been allowed, there are many worried people counting days in this forum like me who like to compare their situation to others and see when they may get their brp and documents. To make it easy for everyone please update with date and subject like:

Application Date: (when you applied)
Rejection Date: (when you received that damn rejection letter)
Court Date: (when you attended the appeal court)
Decision Date: (when you received the court letter)
BRP or Document Received Date: (when your journey with home office finished ... )

I call HO almost every day and my MP have written to them severally because I have urgent need to travel.

after that no update from home office, I have called home office 5 times, every time they said they have got very limited information and said I need to wait thats all.

I am so sorry to hear that you have waited for a long time. I have called them twice and last time they told me wait for 10 weeks, and call back if you didn't hear from us, but your case is almost five months ......

I called them again today and the operator didn't find any new update on her system and she said you need to wait …. today is the ninth week …..

My appeal was also heard and allowed on 25 Nov-2013 & 9 Dec 2013 respectively and i am also waiting for BRP & documents. I've had contacted my local MP but no response from HO, it has been almost 5 weeks MP sent request to HO.I got same answer when i rang them.

GOT MY VISA FINALLY AFTER 1 YEAR.

applied on 26 May-2013 with team member
rejected on 2 Aug-2013

Got my passport & document on 23 May 2014
Got My BRP on 24 May 2014.

I have called home office many times but it didn't help to speedup my visa process Home office take their own time. So guys please be patience if your appeal is allowed you will get your visa. GOOD LUCK.
