ILR Eligibility - Entered UK on Jan 2011

I entered UK on Jan 2011, using an Intra Company Transfer - Tier II visa.
Since then I have been at UK, till date.
Can someone advice if I am eligible for applying ILR on my completion of 5 years at UK.

Individuals whose first Tier 2 (ICT) visa was granted after 6 April 2010 cannot qualify for ILR after 5 years.
