Applying for masters while in Tier 2 ICT.

Hi,

I'm currently holding Tier 2 ICT short term visa and it is going to expired on Dec 2014.

I'm planning to pursue my Masters in UK.

I would like to know is there any possibilities, I can apply for Tier 4 Student visa while I'm holding ICT ?

Is there any cooling of period to apply for Student Visa. ?
