Azad Kashmir/Paksitan divorce certificate query

Hi

Has anyone on here processed a divorce in Azad Kashmir and has then included this divorce certificate for there new visa application?

what i would like to know is what stamps are included on the certificate?

is it just a public notary advocate stamp that is needed? or is there more stamps needed?
