hello everyone , is comprehansive sickness insurance introduced after june 2011 ?if yes then student who study before 2011 dont need to proof anythng when applying for PR as i have registeration certificate .

Only when if you were issued residence certificate before June 2011 on the basis of student. See:Annex B (page 16)

i came uk in 2006 and home office issue me registration certificate and resident permanent
