I am an African living in the UK on an EU family permit issued for 5 years. I was living in Malta. I got married to an Estonian lady in August 2008 in Malta. We lived together and she became pregnant, but when she lost her job, she decided to come to the UK where she delivered our first child, but she was always coming to Malta to visit me. On 15 of February 2012, I came to the UK on a family visa for 6 months, which was later extended to 5 years, Residence permit. Now, we have 2 children and my wife is currently not working. I happen to find out she is promiscuiting (committing adultery) around which is my red-line, and appears being pregnant again, but to another man. Now, I want to divorce her, so is there any possibility for me losing my chances living in the UK? How can I go about it? In case I don't lose any chance living in the UK now, in the future after the 5 years has expired and will want to renew it, will there by any problem? Please, advice me as I am mostly concerned about losing my kids.
