Tier 2 ICT ST to LT extension

Please advise on below

Self - Tier 2 ICT ST expired Aug 2014 (travelled back to Home country)
Not Eligible for Tier 2 ICT LT as Salary <40,600

Spouse - Has a Tier 2 ICT LT upto 2017 (currently in UK)


1) Can I travel as a ICT LT dependant (Do I still to complete 12 months cooling period due to my ST expiry in Aug)
2) If yes, Can I take up a new job in UK ( any restriction on types of job?)

1) yes coz u will now b coming as dependent and not main applicant. You need to show ur wife financial statements etc.
2) yes u can work freely (unrestricted) until ur spouse has valid tier2 visa n YOu being on her dependent visa
