Certificate of Sponsorship - Wrong Category choosen

Hi ,

I need your urgent help. I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa and received an offer from a different company, they have issued me a Cos and I am going to re-apply for my Tier 2 general under a different sponsor. However there is big problem, the Cos which my new employer assigned me if under the category Tier 2 ( switching Immigration Category) I just read in the website and it should be Tier 2 ( Changes of Enployment) instead. The Cos is already assigned and my visa appointment is booked in less than a week, I am very tensed if my application will be rejected on this basis. Is there any way we can amend the Cos by putting a Sponsor Note or do they have to re-issue me a new Cos. ( As the category chosen is wrong)
