Commercial property lease

I am trying to lease a commercial property(for last 5 months) for running a food chain outlet,the landlord's solicitor is delaying the process in verifying the tenancy references.at last he has mentioned that i am new Enterprenuer immigrant and i should arrange for a British national as a guarantor to finalize the lease who should be owner of a property in UK and he should share his bank account details.i am not able to arrange for such guarantor.anyone knows the way out ??
