TIER 2 (general) - wrong NQF level 6

Post by mcuartas » Thu Sep 04, 2014 5:12 pm

Hello,

I need you advise urgently!!! i just received my decision notice as Refuse!! my employer gave me the wrong occupation code in the CoS , so i don't qualify for the NQF 6 level, so for that they didn't give me the points... I'm switching from TIER 1 PSW to Tier 2 (general). I've been working in my actual job for about 14 months now. Mi actual visa has already expired on 24th August. I don't know if i have a case to appeal or should reapply. because the skills of my job (for the one I've being sponsor ) there are on the NQF 6 level but in different types of roles.... should i appeal and have a letter from my employer explain the situation...
