Hi - I keep reading different stories on this so thought I would see what the forum had to say.
- I am a US citizen married to an Italian citizen.
- We are currently living in the UK. I have an EEA Family Permit (which is only good for 6 months)
- Am in the process of getting my UK residence card
My husband has a job offer in Norway and we are considering moving to Norway, however it looks like my visa can take up to 6 months to process???
Am I able to travel to Norway and apply from Norway while awaiting this application? or will we need to remain separated for this whole time? Any thoughts would be helpful!
It also seems like it is easier for me if I have the UK residence card already?
