How to request cos Please help

HI My previous manager got changed and my new manager does know any thing about it, he made me level 1 user.
at the moment our current cos allocation is 0.

I need to renew my tier 2 visa.
Can you please help me how to request a cos and assign it to me.

You cannot assign a CoS to yourself and there must be at least one settled worker who is a Level 1 user.

we have another team leader as level 1 User.

My Visa is expiring on August 2015, we have no allocation in Cos.

Does he need to Request additional CoS: there is an Add button but it shows the expiry date as 05/04/2013

CAn you please help I am in a big confusion.

Can you please help tell me what to do after allocation of COS.

CoS allocations are only valid for 1 year, 6 April to 5 April. If an allocation is requested now for the current year (2014/15), and it comes through in time, it has to be used by 5 April because allocations are put to zero on 6 April.

If you get a CoS allocation in the current year the CoS would have to be assigned by 5 April but you have 3 months from the assignment date to apply for a visa. Alternatively, since your visa only expires in August, the request for an allocation may be delayed until after 6 April (for the 2015/16 year).

The expiry date is shown as 05/04/2013 because the sponsor last had a CoS allocation in 2012/13

To request an allocation:
Login >> Request renewal of annual allocation >> Add a request.

After the sponsor received the allocation a Level 1 user (other than you) can assign a CoS to you online.
