ICT short term - switch employer

Hello all,

Need you advice on my situation.
I entered UK in Nov. 2014 on ICT short term.
Am i eligible to switch employers in UK i.e. Can i apply for another job here?
Do i need to switch to some other VISA? If yes, which and how?

Do i need to switch to some other VISA? If yes, which and how? You need to spend 12 months cooling-off period outside UK and then find an employer who could sponsor T2 General visa for you.
