General Visitor Visa got refused

Hi,

My mother-in-law applied General Visitor Visa :

she is a house wife hence there no income or financial documents on her name and we didnt kept. there were no major income
related documents of her husband also.

her visa was refused stating the below reason.

Hers is a joint family and all the financial things are handled by her uncle ( her husbands father)
For the above situation can we kept the financial documents (FDs properites) of her uncle ?

What more documents she can provide ?
