Spouse visa: self-employed

Post by mohammed_t » Wed Aug 19, 2015 2:57 pm

Hello Everyone

Im new to this so please do be patient with me with the questions i ask.

Anyways my question is:

I am a self employed, i want to apply for my spouse visa on self employment (sole Trader) my first year tax return was a loss of 50k my 2nd year i gained a net profit of 21k and my 3rd year tax return is in the process and its looking to be about 24k (estimate) but i am still not paying tax as the deficit of my loss in the 1st year is still remaining.

do i have to pay tax for my self employment?, so i have more chances of applying my spouse visa?

Please help me i would appreciate this.

Thank You
