Are you an Italian citizen?vodevil17 wrote:I wanna take her in Italy in my house.
I would suggest that for all future travel to the UK, that she apply for and get a visa in advance, rather than for a visa on arrival.vodevil17 wrote:They put that black X, black mark, on her passport. How long she needs to wait to come back in UK?
Why do you think 2 years residence will make any difference to your situation? An EEA national needs to show 5 years 'exercising Treaty rights' in the UK before qualifying for Permanent Residence (PR). Also there is no provision for a 'girlfriend/boyfriend' residence permit and from your posts, it doesn't appear that your girlfriend qualifies as an extended family member as you haven't been living together in a 'durable relationship'. This requires a substantial period of co-habitation with documented proof to support this. To use a phrase from the UK Immigration Rules, "in a relationship 'akin to marriage'."vodevil17 wrote:Yes I am italian, working in UK since 1 year and 8 months. We decided 5 months in my house because on march I will have been 2 years consecutive in UK.
They said that when she will have funds she can come back but they spoke about 1 years too. They weren't so clear.
I have my career in London, after 2 years I could ask the residence in UK. The lawyer said if I marry her, they will cancel that X. Too many informations!
And reasons to return? Job, family, property?vodevil17 wrote:3500€ for 3 months and 15 days could be fine? Plus I will give to her 500€, 4000€ more or less 2830£. I spoke with an immigration lawyer and he said around 200£ per week. She is going today to the consulate in Buenos Aires.
Has she got any plans to see any touristy sites while she's in the UK, maybe do some hiking/camping that sort of thing? Does she have any family in the UK? 3 months is a bit on the long side for just a visit, and the visit visa is not a boyfriend/girlfriend visa. The UK has a decidedly low regard for visits for that reason, so her application has to be strong. She'll need to show she's going to be in the UK in line with the intent of the visa.vodevil17 wrote:3500€ for 3 months and 15 days could be fine? Yes sure, do that and she will find herself facing a ban for deception if she has declared you as a boyfriend already. HO/UKVI keep all information. So next time I will say I am her friends? Someone needs to cheat to come inside UK?
