Dependants of ILR (5 year route) applicants

Post by coolpanther007 » Wed Jan 13, 2016 5:40 pm

Hi

I finish 5 year of stay on Tier 1 on 24th April 2016. Hence I am planning to apply for my visa on same day appointment on 29th MArch 2016 although my visa expires on 22nd May 2016.

My wife entered UK on 30th December 2012 hence she does not qualify to apply for ILR with me. So I understand she will have to submit the PBS dependant form. In this case shall she apply with me or after I get my visa?

She can apply on the same day as you but will need a separate appointment, preferably a couple of hours after yours.

Hi guys,
I know its not related but from your conversation i can guess that a PBS tier 1 dependent can extent the visa even if main applicant gets ILR using 5 year route? Please comment.
There is no need to apply FLR(M). Just exten the pbs dependent visa. Am i right?
