Switch from Tier 2 ICT short term to TIER 2 General

Hi
I am currently working in UK and holds tier 2 ICT short term visa. Can I switch to Tier 2 General visa from a different company. My current visa start and end date is as follows:

Start date : 2O OCT 2015
End date :19 October 2016
Please advise me the process for the same

No you can't. You have to serve a 12 month cooling off period outside the UK.
