1.3 Leave blank. A UK born child does not need ILR.

1.26 Pakistani, you can't write something you are not. HO do understand the rules re ILR of parent and UK born child registration.

Section 2 - You need to complete them.

Section 3 - Not relevant to your circumstances.

What documents shall i include ..
You need your to send your BRP and passport (or a copies of them). Your letter you got for ILR does not say you have been granted ILR, it says you will receive you BRP is x days. When did you get your ILR?

If you apply using NCS, they will photocopy your documents and give the originals back to you. Not sure if you are trying to rush the application before the fee increases or not but unlikely you will get an NCS appointment in the next week.

My ILR Approved on 08 March 2016
Belfast Premium center

she handed me Card Production Confirmation Details
say Permit type Settlement Indefinite Leave to Remain
and show date of Issue and valid until

1) my elder daughter had a Tier 1 dependent visa that expire on 12 March 2016
i know it doesn't mater

2) due to Fee increases now rushing every thing

Just met ILR requirement on 2 March 216
i will try my best in different councils if get appointment anywhere within 50 miles will go for that.
thanks

You should wait for your BRP in my opinion.

If you live in Northern Ireland, there are no NCS facilities there as far as I am aware.

For your spouse ILR it is fine, they will find your details.

Nationality directorate for citizenship works differently to immigration applications, they are different laws to what immigration rules are.

thanks
i hope i will get my BRP before 18 March 2016
so i will try to find appointment on 15, 16,17 March 2016,.
i will ring all councils starting from nearest
SET O creating confusion for Tier 1 dependent as i said in my other post

If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.

still i will add these proofs but its a confusion

MN1 Guide Page 18
2.3 Fill in this table showing the periods the child has been abroad during the 3 years residence in the UK or British overseas territory if appropriate ignoring the day they left and arrived back in the United Kingdom/territory. If there is not enough room for all the absences then continue on page 14. Add up the total and write it in the space indicated.

MN1 Form Page
2.3 Please give details of all absences from the United Kingdom and the British overseas territories during the period of residence above.Failure to complete this will result in delay to the application. If necessary, please continue on final page of this applicaion form.

So shall i include absence more than 3 years old as well or just within 3 years from the date of application.

Thanks

I m also applying for my kids postal application, i think its mandatory to submit Marrige certificate as mentioned in MN1 guidance on page 29 under childern living in UK.

Original BRPs of parents are not required, just the photocopies will suffice... (My friend recently got it done for his kids, he also submitted just the copies)
