Need Help with Tier 1 Extension

My tier 1 extension is due next month. I have prepared most things but still trying to find answers for following questions:

1. I hired 8 people on minimum wages due to nature of my work. Will HO raise any issue why I hired more than 2 people? I have read guidelines and found no issue in this regard. I have already written explanation, I am hoping I can convince them.

2. I have got all payslips, employees NI contribution, tax and passports. What other documents do I need? I am still trying to make sense how RTI works (Please excuse me if it's stupid thing to ask).

3. I invested about £10K in my business when I was self employed. I had to get things ready before I launch the company. I am short £10K amount from director's loan. I have all accountant report regarding £10K investment. Do you think HO will argue on this? They state in their guidelines that I can be only self employed or a company director not both.

I will really appreciate if you guys can answer above questions.

All I can say is make sure the rest of your application is strong. You are technically OK on employment but HO will not give you leeway on any issues or mistakes

Ask your accountant to give you FPS reports.

If you are going to claim that £10K is part of the loan, you need to have the evidence for it as they require. You cannot haggle your way through it.
