IT issue at Croydon ( Tier 1 to ILR )

[Tier1 query]

Hi team

I was at croydon today may 5th for my ILR application Via premium service , Done my Biomertics at 1:00 Pm and waited till 4:30 . at last my ticket number was called and advised that My documents were ok and advised they have to check BRP and kept all my documents and advised that they will post it . Does any one in same Situation.

Any suggestions
