Changing Authorized Officer

Post by ronychy2010 » Fri May 06, 2016 2:10 pm

Dear Experts,
Currently I am in Tier2 (G) in a company. Our Authorized Officer (who is our primary contact with Home Office) recently switching the job. He is leaving our company in a month time. my question is

1. After he left our company can he still works as our Authorized Officer if company owner and HIM (current Authorized Officer) agrees in an exchange of some salary?

2. what is the process of changing Authorized officer? Our admin guy can also work as Authorized Officer, so we need to know the process to changing it.

Note: Authorized Officer is also the level 1 user for us. Only him controlling all contacts and communications with HO.

Your reply will be highly appreciated. :)

Thanks Manci for the reply.
In the guidance details of authorizing officer and level 1 & 2 users are mentioned. But i could not find anything how to change authorizing office to a different person who is already working in the company. If you kindly point it out would be helpful.

thanks again.

A person authorised to use the SMS should log in, then:

Request changes to licence details >> Replace your Authorising Officer
