I have some confusion on application form, can someone help me please ,

Page 40. Point base system reference number of the other entreprenure team member, which number is this ?

Page 44. N1. What date did you begin submitting real time information Ho HMRC?

Page 46. Employee detail for job number 2.
What I Wright in this section, becouse I got visa before April 2014 , and my business crated 1 Job for 26 months.

p46. no need to fill in, if I were you mention this explicitly in a cover letter.

2.and for extension, do we have to buy Immigration Health Surcharge before application?

If you have business partner like team so your need to put his reference number
Yes you need pay before submission because you need IHS Number at application form

1. our team applied the inital visa outside of UK, we dont have a BRP card. So should I put his visa number as the reference number?

2. Yes I read many time police guidence but only extension part, I did not see any information regarding extension needs IHS, but I already saw it from the cover page from the application form. thanks anyway.
