ILR 10 Year Long residence

Hi there,

I came in UK in September 2006 and planning to apply my ILR as 10 year long residence 28 days before in premium service. Can you please help me list of all documents I need to submit with my application and how many months bank statements is required to submit? Will I need to submit employer letter? And also Do I need to use SET(O) form or SET(LR). If you can help me with a list of documents that I require to submit with application, it would be very helpful. Presently I am on work permit with my company and visa expires next year in june 2017. But I qualify for my 10 years in September. Please guide me. Thank you.

For Set(LR) for long residence ILR applications.

The form lists very clearly what needs to be submitted (all passports covering 10 years including the one used to enter the UK, LIUK, proof of English)

Bank statements, employer letter etc is NOT required.

There is no 'work permit' visa category. Are you Tier 2 General or Tier 1 General?

Yes I am on Tier 2 General. And also Do I need minimum salary requirement of £35k for long residence ILR? As mine is under £35k salary.
