Quick Question

Post by gorgeous » Tue May 10, 2016 1:46 pm

Hey guys, quick question here.

If you apply to naturalisation based on EUFAM you have to send the residency check calculator. However, if you apply through marriage/civil partnership with an Irish citizen, they do not mention anything. Do you guys know if you have to send it anyway or not?

Thanks!

Section 5 (page 7) of Form 8 is for ALL aplicants including Spouse/Civil Partner of an Irish Citizen.

This is the note on that specific Section 5:

"YOU MUST PRINT A COPY OF THE REPORT AND INCLUDE IT WITH THIS APPLICATION.
IF YOU DO NOT DO SO YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE"

@vmac307 - Cool, thanks!

So everyone, apart from Europeans, must do that, correct?
