Tier 2 General Visa to Tier 2 ICT

Hi All

I have a query regarding Tier 2 Visa. I am working for an Company A in India. I was issued a COS for Tier 2 General by an UK based company B in sep-2015. I have gone thorugh the Visa process and got UK entry clearance which was valid until 18-09-2015. However, UK company B suggested not to travel imkediately and eventually they have revoked sponsorship. I haven't travelled to UK at all. Now my company in India B wasnts to offer me Tier 2 ICT sponsorship for an assignment in UK. Will I be eligible in this case or will it attract cooling period.

If you have not entered the UK or worked in the UK on the Tier 2 General visa, then it should not be a problem to apply for Tier 2 ICT.

Bear in mind that ICT does not lead to ILR and you cannot switch in the UK to Tier 2 General.
