Visa and services UK Naric wrong year of award

Hi,

I applied for UK Naric through new service that is visa and service and my degree is not from UK and from India.
Although i received letter in just 2 days but they have wrongly mentioned year of award .
Has anyone faced anything similar and what all option do we have ?

As this service itself is 150 pound so i am right in asking them to send new copy of statement without paying any further as this was completely their problem.
