ILR Dependant SET(F) or SET (0)

Post by Bijuk » Thu May 12, 2016 10:38 am

Hi,

I have a question regarding My dependants ILR application. Myself and spouse got ILR approved on Tier1 General basis. Now my dependant children are eligible for ILR. I am bit confused on which form should I use for their ILR application
1. Dependant son 19 years - Set (F) or SET(O) ? Called home office Enquiry but they said it is SET(O) and will be refused if I apply on SET (F)..

2. 10 year old - Set (F) - Again home office enquiry service said can use SET (F) or SET (O)

Please can anyone confirm this? SET F form clearly says - Child aged over 18 of persons present and settled in the UK
