Chain Break and ILR application

Post by nashitkhan » Thu May 12, 2016 5:22 pm

Hi All,

Very new in this site but really appreciate you all guys effort in this platform. I have a question regarding my immigration matter. I am going to apply for my ILR coming December 2016. Currently I am on Tier 4 visa. Last time when I was went for extension my visa initially it was refused and served with section 10, IS151A and IS151B. But I got appeal right and won from First tier tribunal and got my visa as well after long battle. My question is (section 10, IS151A and IS151B) will affect my 10 years Long residency application or not?

Thank you

If you won your appeal and was granted leave, then the UKVI's notices may be inappropriate. Therefore, I think that you may be okay.
