Applying for ILR just after Appeal hearing

Post by sbdmb » Thu May 12, 2016 7:34 pm

Hi
Not sure either its been posted already, sorry if happened so.

I'm in a situation where my appeal hearing of previous leave to remain is 2 weeks ahead of my 10 years long residency entitlement. My query is shall I withdrawn my APPEAL case and go for premium services on that day of 10 years as after withdrawing I have 28 days to apply for a new visa and therefore I will be within the legal procedure. Is there any other consequences I need to take in consider- please advice me!

Your every advice will be highly appreciated.
Beat regards
