ILR Absences History

Hi,

This is regarding the following question in ILR application form.

6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all the absences from the UK?

I am on Tier1 visa. I am going for ILR this month(May). Following are the periods I was away from UK.

Got Visa - 2009 May 27
Entered UK - 2010 Dec 17

Following are the periods I was away from UK and travelled India:

29/04/2011 - 09/05/2011
24/05/2013 - 09/06/2013
12/12/2015 - 31/12/2015

My total paid holidays outside UK come around 30 days. Do I need to get letter from employer as per the 6.3 section. Can anyone please suggest?
