Apply for ILR

Hello Gurus,

I am eligible to apply for the ILR from 9th June (it's 28 days before my 5 years eligible period) and my visa is expiring on 16th June.

My company (say A) was takeover by Company B on 1st January 2016 and they submitted the TUPE notification to the home office on 19th January. Both are A rated sponsor.

We are still waiting for the decision from the home-office but as my visa is about to expire (16-June) - I am not sure what are my options

- Can I apply for ILR if we are still waiting for the notification update?
