Yes casa, my annual earnings are about 25000 and everything through the books .
I have got all required documents, each and everything , just can't focus on what to apply . If fiancé then how, what would be the covering letter and do I need to tell them about my second marriage abroad ( which is already invalid in uk law),
Do I need to submit marriage certificate of my second marraige( does make sense why to submit if it is invalid in uk law),
If according to uk law , this marraige is invalid then it's means in the eye of uk law me and my second wife abroad are still holding unmarried marital status, if it is so then what's the point to tell them about second marraige. I think just need to mention she is my fiancé and we have a kid would be enough .

But on the other hand I think , can they find out about this by some mean? If yes then it is not a case of deception. What's the point showing a document which is invalid in uk law?

Am I right casa?

IMHO it would be better the declare your second marriage in the additional information, as I suggested earlier. It would at least go towards showing a genuine relationship and it may well come to light later anyway. Better to be honest and explain the situation, it's something the ECO is likely to have seen many times. However, bear in mind that in the application, your fiancee will be applying as 'unmarried'.

Dear casa, I don't have any problem in mentioning my second marriage, but some of the board members are saying that if you mention your second marriage right after one year of your first marriage, ECO may consider your first marriage was a marriage of convenience .
In this case I may get trouble? Is that right? Your opinion matters please?

I agree that's possible.
