hi
I applied for visa for my Parents in Law from India which got rejected . The reason given is that 'you have not demonstrated satisfactory financial and economic ties in india.
The documents attached were my bank statements, pay slips, council tax as we were fully sponsoring their trip.
We also attached the property papers and the savings of my father in law which were attested by a chartered accountant.
My father in law is retired from business and hence no pension. both my parents are dependent on their son who transfers them money monthly.
I didnt mention any family member details in India in the application form (my brother in law or sister in law who live with them but currently in US) Could this be the reason of the rejection. I did mention about the property and financial details though.
They visited us 3 years back also.
I am planning to reapply.. Any guidance will be highly appreaciated. TIA
