subject access report

my friend applied for Subject access report on 17 feb 2016. he recieved acknowledgment on 3rd march 2016. he notified them change of address by post on 23 April 2016. he has NOT recieved any reply from ukvI. The 40 days deadline has passed.
is there any other way to contact ukvi about his request except email and post, as they (ukvi) has not replied to his email.


any thoughts !!!!!!
