Vignetter Sticker of RC conversion to biometric card

Hi
I applied for EEA family member and got residence card vignette sticker on a plain paper (not on my passport) which is off course difficult to handle. Can anyone help me advising how i can convert this sticker on plain paper with biometric card (which is safe and more convenient), thanks
