Next day prepaid delivery envelope to NCS ?

Can we give next day prepaid delivery envelope to NCS with AN application form to get approval letter to be delivered.

Your approval letter will be sent in the standard A5 brown envelope 2nd class mail.

If you provide an envelope, it is likely that it won't be used.

Hi

NCS lady didn't take envelope said No need to as you are not sending original documents.

She even didn't provide me DX delivery tracking number. Give just letter and said after one week call to DX and get tracking number and check online on DX website.

But When I will call DX what will I say? How they will trace my tracking number. How would I know when NCS sent my application to UKVI. It is just headache
