Question of supporting document

Post by BillieT » Sun May 22, 2016 1:48 pm

Hello,

I'm currently deal with Set(m) for indefinite leave to remain.

After reading some articles, I still have few questions of documents sections.

1. Tenancy agreement is sign at 24/09/2012. It's 4 years ago, do I need to show renew document? ( I have council tax bill in both name to claim we still live in same address )

2. I have a letter from home office ( the Brp permits) and dvsa counterpart driving licence . it shows my address but no date. Can it count as prove of documents? I'm worry because It should show spread over recent 2 years.

3. My employer gave me my payslip and p60 online. (Especially p60 has a eP60 write on the top) Is it count as official? Or is it better I call HMS to ask for official one? ( my employer claim it is official to me )

4. Our vigrin media bill and council tax bill are download from their website. As they not longer provide us any paper receipts. Is it alright to prove as original document? Or any solution?

If anyone can help me, I'll be very grateful. It's lots of money involved, so I do want to make it perfectly right. Many thanks,
Billie
