ILR question

Hi all,
I will be applying for ILR via Tier 1 general by end of August 2016,just need help with question 6.2 on SET(O) form " reason for absence". I had previously used foreign self employed income from India + employed from the UK for initial and extension applications. Is it better to state family visit or SE related as reason for absences from the UK as I have 30 absences in the last 5 years?
