CashPlus Card business banking account is acceptable or not

could any one on this forum please guide me that would this cash plus business card account is acceptable by Home office for extension application. due to some non payments we were unable to open any new business account. the one we had is closed down by hsbc. I tried everywhere no high street bank is accepting our application. any idea please about cash plus bankin. ?? here is the bank link
