Tier 2 fresh Application

Dear All,

I am under T2 General Visa and as my sponsor went into administration I am advised BY UKBA to apply a new application within 60 days. However my company has got a sponsorship licence AGAIN and wants to sponsor me again. My question is,
1) do I need to go back to my country and apply again from outside UK to apply a new application?
2) If company wants to assign a new COS what would be the salary structure? will it be still entry level or experience level?

Please advise.
