If that happened, the popular consensus is that 3C leave would have been broken, and that would affect LR ILR timing.
However, there might still be hope as exemplified by some members who had worse situations than yours or mine, but who still got ILR. Some inserted special evidences like Volunteer certificates, MP representations, etc. If you have got family here, you might also include article 8 ECHR (LR applications are HR applications anyway).

No its not broken, request your SAR and you will find it out. I had exactly the same situation then I requested my SAR, according to SAR I am ok so should u.
