1. Not sure. Why don't you complete the paper form instead of online?
2. Send what they ask. Don't forget the bank statements for maintenance funds.
3. I think so yes if you are paying one amount for all three of you.
4. The biometric letter takes a couple of weeks. It is not an 'appointment' system. You just take the letters and all of you go to the Post Office to enroll your biometrics. There is a fee of £19-20 each to pay.
5. See #2
6. I think it is date of application, but I am not sure.
Thanks CR001 , for clarification,CR001 wrote:Oops, sorry, see it is online only.

Hello sunny007,
Did you manage to get the start date in August 2016 until August 2019? Or Is the start date from your new visa in June/2016?
Is it the same company, right? Does your contract with the company have an end date or not?sunny007 wrote: Hi
I'm waiting for decision ,will be updated this thread after getting all other information.
My current Visa Expiry date is in November, I've requested my HR to apply for COS in APril and get COS in MAy , application submitted on 27 May , work start date on new COS is 15 August , let me know if you need any other information?

Yes
Does your contract with the company have an end date or not?
Yes - End date is on COS August 2019
I want to do something similar: ask the company to set the CoS start date in the future...so I could have the visa extended in my hands even before the start date, but some answers from a few members confused me.
Let us know when everything is complete
Sure

hasfa.yasir wrote:Sunny007 did you include marriage certificate for your dependent spouse?
NO, because we are applying at the same time for extention,
also, did you include any bank statements as you already mentioned you dont need to show maintenance for your tier 2 extension?
Yes on safe side I've included my bank statement for 91 days + 4 month salary slip, I know its not mandotry , but on my COS my employer select no to maintenance
bear in mind that my employer clicked no when it said are you going to show maintenance for your employee?
see sbove
When you will complete your application the mandatory documents list will be shown on your application
looking forward to hear from you soon.
Many thanks
As you have been working there for (I'm assuming) almost 3 years already, and you're applying for the same role and with the same employer, they don't need to do an RLMT. If asked while issuing your CoS, your employer can mention that you are exempt for RLMT as you are applying for Tier 2 extension.Mrbob wrote:Hi Sunny,
I'm due for renewal , Im currently on Tier 2 General Restricted visa . I'm applying for extension for same company and same job role . Does my company need to do Resident Labour Market test this time also for extension?
Bob!!!
You are welcomehasfa.yasir wrote:Thanks Sunny for your quick reply. much appreciated:) please keep us updated with your application status.

No RLMT required for extention with same company and same job Role ( same COS )Mrbob wrote:Hi Sunny,
