Wife [main applicant] cancelling her Tier 1 Visa

Wife [main applicant] cancelling her Tier 1 Visa

Hi,

My wife and I have been going through some differences and she has travelled out of the UK with the kids. She was the main applicant on Tier 1 Visa and I am her dependent. She plans to cancel her visa - would that automatically cancel my visa as well being her dependent? Moreover, can she cancel my visa because we are no longer living together? Please note that we have not gone through divorce.

Unfortunately, your leave is dependent on her. If she informs the UKVI of her change of circumstances, then they may choose to curtail both leave.
