Indefinite Leave to Remain Enquiry

In August 2017, I will be completing my 10 year of life spent in UK.
So far, I have stayed out of UK (including work related stay) for 480 days.
At any point of the year, I have not stayed more than 145 days out side UK.
However the gap between My previews visa i.e. Tier 4 student visa and Tier 2 Visa (present one) is 145 days (i.e. 5 months). I left UK two days before my previous visa expired and return back to UK after 3 days from the date of validity. So i have not stayed in UK illegally.

Since i have a gap between one visa to another visa, am i eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain in next year?
